A public visitation will be held Friday, August 13, 2021 from 5:00 p.m. - 7:00 p.m. at New Beginnings A.O.T.S. Church (662 Cone Avenue, Panama City, FL.). Celebration of Life will be held Saturday, August 14 at 11:00 a.m. at New Beginnings. Covid 19 guidelines will be followed, Masks are required. The funeral cortege will assemble at 145 H.L. Sudduth Drive, Panama City, FL. 32401 @10:00 a.m. central time. Live Streaming will be available via Facebook Live (Lonnie Mitchell) starting at 11:00 a.m.

Walter Seabrooks is survived by his loving wife of 31 years, Ellen Marie Seabrooks, one precious daughter, Samantha Sade Seabrooks.  He is also survived by loving siblings, Linda Fay Clark (Michael ), Sonia Broxton (Wayne), Nathan Smith (Brigett) Elizabeth Smith, Prince Seabrooks, and Leon Seabrooks (Edith). He also leaves cherished in-laws, Ivey Henderson (Vivian), Drucilla James, Leroy Henderson, Arleatha Henderson. He also leaves a host of Aunts, Uncles, Nieces, Nephews and Cousins.
