A public visitation for Ms. Hand will be Friday, January 29 from 5pm - 7pm (central time) in the Pasco Gainer Sr, Funeral Home Chapel in Panama City; Graveside Celebration of Life will be Saturday, January 30 at 2pm at Hillside Cemetery in Panama City, FL.
