Mother Clarissa B. Williams, 97, of Port St. Joe, FL slipped into the arms of eternity Saturday, October 23rd in Panama City, FL. The Homegoing Services for Mother Williams will be held 11:00am, Saturday, November 6, 2021 at the Port St. Joe High School Gymn with burial to follow at Williamsburg Cemetery in Wewahitchka, FL. Mother Clarissa will lie in state at Thompson Temple First Born Church in Port St. Joe from 4pm-6pm (Eastern) on Friday, November 5th.
