We respectfully announce the passing of Cynthia Elease Baucham-Owens, 57, of Apalachicola, FL. A celebration of life will convene 3pm Saturday, October 16, 2021 at Magnolia Cemetery in Apalachicola, FL. Cynthia "Pebbles" will lie in state, along side her husband, Benjamin, from 2 until the hour of service on Saturday.
